I work at the intersection of strategy, data, and automation — how decisions become systems. This site is my personal lab book: patterns I'm testing, what I'm learning, and where the business value is.
My work here is AI research and open tooling: exploring how work moves between a person and a model (and back again), governance guardrails, and adoption patterns through small, testable builds. Everything is public and non-proprietary.
The aim is simple: make intelligence part of everyday operations. When that happens, strategy stops being a plan on paper and becomes a system in motion.
